In case of refusal of previously planned and paid services, for any reason, the money is returned with a retention of 30% of the cost of all refused services in a case of refusal earlier than 24 hours before arrival.
Refusal in a case of 100% payment not later than 24 hours before the agreed time for the specified services the fund will not be refunded. However in this case you also have the opportunity to postpone the services during the current trip to different time for later or another day once in a case if there is such an opportunity for the service provider.
If you cannot come for any reason, then the deposit part of the payment amount is non-refundable, but in this case you have the opportunity to use the deposit amount within six months for most services except accommodation, purchasing of food/ drinks and deposits for night/beach clubs booking, transferring the dates of your trip, but only if you cancel occurred no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival. If the trip was canceled later, then the deposit part is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of any services specified in the pay lists and programs later than 1 week before the date of arrival, an amount of 30% of the cost of this services is charged, even if the deposit part of this service was paid in a smaller amount.

3.Prepayment. You make an advanced payment in the amount of 10-30% of the total cost. The final payment is made in cash upon arrival to Odessa.
4. Unforgettable emotions and cool rest!
You need to fill in a reservation form that will be sent to you on request. According to your answers our manager will create an itinerary of your trip or party scenario, ask clarifying questions in online correspondence with you or by phone in order to make you correct proposal and send you a calculation plan of requested services and packages.You have to confirm the calculation plan and the itinerary within one week after the manager sends it to you. If you are not satisfied with this you may put your comments and make changes only once on the phone with a manager or in online documents that were sent. When the final changes are made by manager- you have 5 working days to send the prepayment . In a case if the necessary fund wasn’t sent the client gets the penalty of 0.5% of the total budget for each 7 days of posteponding. The deposit is in average 20% of the amount of the order for pre-booking all the services, staff and procurement. If your trip takes place later than 1.5 months after your appeal - the deposit part can be divided into two parts. Payment of the final balance occurs on the first day upon arrival of the client to the city.
Can I make changes?
Changes can be made except for a few specific cases. If you find that you need to make changes, this is normal, you report it to your personal manager, and if there is such an opportunity, the service changes, canceles, or the number of people changes but not later than 7 days before the arrival time.It is possible to make changes first time at the process of itinerary creation and calculation and second time 6-4 weeks before arrival but not earlier than 3 days before sending the final prepayment. After the prepayment is fully sent you can make changings one time:move time of services, day of services and skip some services(without refunding deposit payment) not later than 7 days before the arrival time.It is important to remember that programs such as accommodation, tickets, alcohol and food in almost 100% of cases, it is impossible to return or replace it after paying the deposit part.
The deposit is usually 30% of the total cost of services. But each request is individual, so if you need additional flexibility, simply contact your personal manager.
As soon as you have approved schedule - within 1 week after the manager has made the schedule, you confirm your order with the deposit part. If your arrival is scheduled later than 1.5 months after the appeal, the possibility of dividing the deposit into 2 payments is considered.
Remember that most of night/beach clubs require a deposit paid in cash so the company charges 5% for service to convert the money into cash and bring it to the certain club but not less than 30$.
Can I change the number of guests in the process?
In most cases it is possible to change the quantity, but please let us know in advance, namely no later than 1 weeks before arrival. Also keep in mind that in any additions after the approved calculation plan may be changed with the cost only 1 time if the service provider did not change it. It is allowed to change the services no later than 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date in the first plan; to change the number of guests not later than 1 week before arrival; to change the calculation plan once not later than 1 week before arrival date ; the date of travel 1 time, no later than 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date in the first plan.
Does the cost increase?
In some cases, yes, in others not. It depends on the scale of the changes, as well as what you have booked. Mostly the price is fixed by the provider of services and doesn’t changed at least 2 weeks before arrival.
By appointment only. Thematic meetings at the airport are not included in the price for the transfer. They are selected individually at the request of the client. Airport transfer is recommended for all international orders, but only at the request of the client.
When the client orders the transfer the chosen car/minivan/bus we arrange individually time of its arrival. The car arrives 10 min before the arranged time and can wait without any extra payment 20 more min. If longer waiting- should be paid according to a rate. In a case if your flight plan is changed - you should contact your manager not later than 3 hours before scheduled time of arrival about changing the time of meeting.If this is possible to change we put on all efforts to make it or change the car with a client's confirmation if that one is not available for previously confirmed time.
When canceling a flight or move it to the next day, deposits are not refundable for the first day. If you need to get a visa at the airport, you should take into account that on average it takes about 2 hours.
If you go abroad - yes, definitely. If you have your own insurance policy please check that it covers everything. If you plan your trip to Odessa we always recommend you to have the insurance with you.
